The Highland Park mansion of Jordan located in Illinois has been on sale for a long time as well. The market rate of the estate has been chopped down to roughly half of its market value. It was reported that around $10000 was spent to plant 200 pine trees around the estate to make it more ‘Green’. The front gate of the estate bears the iconic #23, the jersey number during Jordan’s playing career.
