The Boston Celtics and their 2022-23 season could be called comfortable at the least, as they’ve been sitting on the top spot of their conference for a very long time. As the season progresses, they are gearing up for the postseason games, but recently they suffered a big blow, literally. A recent clash in their game against the Philadelphia 76ers has caused their star player a bad injury. Celtics fans went crazy post the clash as it was caused by their own player.
Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum collided in the game against the 76ers on Wednesday night which led to Brown suffering from a facial fracture. Fans couldn’t believe it as they swarmed Twitter with their reactions.

The Boston Celtics comfortably defeated the 76ers on Wednesday night, but they didn’t walk off the court in a jolly mood. Their star player Jaylen Brown bumped into his teammate Jayson Tatum. Tatum’s elbow crashed into Brown’s cheekbones, and according to recent news Brown suffered from a facial fracture.
Brown’s injury is significant and the reports say that the Celtics star will at least miss the All-Star weekend next week. It’d been the 26-year-olds second All-Star appearance in his career after a successful run this season.

The Celtics and their fans would genuinely hope that Brown’s injury isn’t something serious and he would recover as quickly as possible.

The Boston side has been heavily dependent on the duo of Brown and Tatum as they’ve delivered exceptional performances throughout. Their season looks promising and the fans might hope that they can finally clinch the NBA title. Their performances speak for themselves as Tatum is already an MVP contender.

Naturally, he earned his fourth straight All-Star selection.
