Anthony Davis slams Devin Booker for hard foul on Lakers’ teammate Dennis Schroder

The game certainly had his moments, be it Bron’s dunk or AD’s block. But arguably, the most controversial moment came in the fourth quarter when Dennis Schroder was fouled by Devin Booker.

Lakers’ superstars Anthony Davis and LeBron James were certainly not the biggest fans of the foul by Booker. After his 34-point double-double, Davis spoke about the hard foul on Schroder.

Can’t happen, can’t do that. I mean, they’ve been chirping, it’s playing off basketball but you don’t push a guy out of the air like that, two hands it’s a dirty play. Dennis could have really get hurt right there, you know.”

‘The Brow’ added, “Hard fouls things like that in play off basketball we accept those. But you know just to blatantly push a guy you know with two hands out in the air it’s a scary play. Good thing he’s okay but plays like that you know are unacceptable.”

Even talisman LeBron James reacted to the same. In the post game presser, LBJ said, “I thought the play wasn’t a basketball play.”

The Lakers’ superstars certainly were right to question Booker for his foul on Schroder. Given that the Suns’ superstar was not even going for the ball and had a hard push on the German, D-Book was rightly ejected from the game.
