Minutes into the conversation, Jalen Green had to weigh in on his rookie year in the league. Paul George immediately asked the Rockets guard, “When was your welcome to the league moment.” Green quickly recollected an experience he had with Joel Embiid.

As Jalen Green puts it, he had to guard the post many times during his rookie season. Once, while he was doing so, Green crossed paths with Joel Embiid. “When I played Philly, it was against Joel. I’m in the post. He just moved me. He pushed me. I was way skinnier. I am not saying it’s a big difference. It’s still Joel, he’s huge. And everyone’s telling me throughout the season, you got to get better at guarding the post,” Jalen Green replied to Paul George’s question.
