Ja Morant?s claim goes to show the confidence he has in himself and his team this season. They have certainly been on a roll as of late, but for Morant to count out some of the best teams in the West, specifically the reigning NBA champions, may have been going too far for some fans. Notably, though, the Golden State Warriors are currently languishing in the bottom half of the Western Conference table.?

But to count out Stephen Curry and the Warriors, who defied all odds to win the NBA championship last season, is arguably a risky thing to do. Even though Curry is out with an injury right now, the Warriors will likely be in playoff contention at the end of the season.?
