Jazz Legend, Who Became a Truck Driver After NBA Career, Shocks Fans With Major Update: “Looks Like an Angry Old Man”

Utah Jazz has only a few names that come to mind when talking about legendary players. The two names that are on top of the list are John Stockton and Karl Malone. Even though fans often get to see or hear Stockton’s name every now and then, his teammate and Utah Jazz legend Karl Malone has not made a lot of public appearances. However, that is soon about to change as Malone announced that he will be making an appearance for the All-Star game that is going to be held in Utah this year.
Karl Malone, nicknamed ‘The Mailman,’ is in the top three scorers of all time. Yet, Malone does not get the credit he deserves when talking about the best scores in the league. A 14-time All-Star, Malone has been in the Hall of Fame since 2010.

According to veteran NBA writer Chris Sheridan, Karl Malone will finally be coming ‘off the grid’ for Utah’s All-Star weekend next month. Fans, however, had some mixed reactions to Malone making a public appearance since he was not present for the NBA’s 75 Team anniversary at last year’s All-Star.

Malone the truck driver
Many NBA players often try to stick to things that are more along the lines of basketball. The majority of players tend to lean toward coaching or working with some team in the league. While a lot of them decide to become NBA analysts given their experience of the game.

Karl Malone, however, was one of those who chose to pursue something he had been really passionate about for a long time. Malone decided to become a truck driver, something he had wanted to be. To be clear, Malone owns a Timberland Property in Louisiana and chooses to make those deliveries himself.
Talk about getting actual deliveries from ‘The Mailman.’ Even one of his associates mentioned, “He loves trucking.” That is one of his many businesses since he retired from the NBA which all come under Malone’s properties.
