The NBA is a family affair. Brothers either go head-to-head or play for the same team. Similarly, Giannis Antetokounmpo has two of his brothers in the league. Much like the two-time MVP, Thanasis plays for the Milwaukee Bucks while Kostas flaunts the Chicago Bulls jersey.  Giannis’ teammate, Jrue Holiday’s brothers Justin and Aaron are also part of the league. Such a situation is always exciting, especially for their families. With that said, Jrue Holiday had a strong prediction when he was asked about the NBA Superstar and his brothers.

The Antetokounmpos vs the Holidays would certainly be an interesting matchup. On Serge Ibaka’s YouTube show, Jrue Holiday was asked about the possible outcome of this match. Considering that each of the families has three players in the league, Ibaka was curious to know Jrue Holiday‘s opinion. Initially, there was hesitation from the 32-year-old to make a prediction and answer the question. He kept stating that Ibaka knew the answer and there was no need for Jrue to weigh in. However, Ibaka acted dumb and forced the answer out of the NBA All-Star.

Jrue claimed that both his brothers, Justin and Aaron, could shoot. He quickly stated, “I’m not saying that TA (Thanasis Antetokounmpo) and Kostas can’t (shoot)”. All Jrue was trying to say was that when compared to the Antetokounmpo brothers, his brothers could shoot the ball better.

As per the NBA Champion, the league has been a witness to Justin and Aaron’s shooting abilities. Both the Holiday brothers play for the Atlanta Hawks. This season, Justin has an average of 5.1 points per game while shooting 38.7% from the floor while Aaron Holiday averages around 4.7 points per game while shooting 42% from the field.

On the other hand, Thanasis has played 12 games this season while shooting 25% from the floor. Kostas is yet to play a game for the Chicago Bulls.

With this in mind, the Bucks forward boldly predicted that the Holiday family would beat the Antetokounmpo brothers hands down. Ibaka stated that he would ask Giannis Antetokounmpo the same question. Jrue confidently said, “Ask him, bro, he probably gonna say the Holidays too.”
