In one such instance, Durant bashed eminent analyst Stephen A. Smith over a comment. On their show, Smith had a controversial take that caused a lot of controversy.

According to Smith, players like Stephen Curry changed basketball for the better. However, they feel Michael Jordan changed the game for the worse.

However, this wasn’t taken well by KD. He called him out on his Twitter by saying that players like Curry and Jordan can only take the game forward.

Notably, Skip Bayless, Stephen A. Smith, and others are known for their controversial views regarding various NBA legends. In a recent episode of the show, First Take, Smith bashed Michael Jordan.

Moreover, he did so while praising the Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry. He praised Curry by saying that players like him take the game forward. Interestingly enough, according to him, MJ changed the game for the worse.

Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant took to Twitter to bash this claim by Stephen A. Smith. He wrote, “My theory is that guys like steve, skip and Shannon have changed the game for the worse. Playas like Stephen and Michael can only push the game forward.”

This is not the first time Durant has had a beef with analysts. Durant is known for bashing analysts who criticize his play for no reason.

Furthermore, Durant elaborated on his hate for such analysts. When a user pointed out the fact that Shannon Sharpe is one of the most honest media personalities, KD went all out again.
