One of the biggest rivals of LeBron, Kevin Durant, recently gave his thoughts regarding the LeBron vs the Jordan issue.

According to KD, comparing the two is unnecessary, as the two will never play against each other. He also praised his long-time rival, LeBron James.

One of the biggest rivals of King James is Kevin Durant. The Brooklyn Nets star has faced off against James across multiple occasions during their careers, including three NBA finals.

Talking on his podcast, Durant drops a harsh reality check on everyone taking part in the debate. According to him, the two will never play against each other and this is the reason the debate is useless.

Durant said, “You both are unique, sitting in your own different areas of greatness. When you see everybody in the same room like that you realize, like why the hell are we always comparing like they gonna play against each other. MJ would never play against LeBron in a game. So, there is no need for us to compare their careers.“

KD ends the debate surrounding the two GOATs with a simple explanation. When the two belong to two different generations and play completely different styles of basketball, there is no need for anyone to compare the two.
