Recently on Twitter, Josh Lewenberg reported Fred VanVleet?s opinion about the superiority of Joel over the rest of the league. The 2019 NBA champion with Toronto Raptors stunned the fans when he called Embiid a combination of four big NBA greats.

?He was more back to the basket (in 2019), playing like a 5. Now he’s turned into Kevin Durant, Michael Jordan, Kobe, Shaq all put together.? said VanVleet as reported by the Raptors beat reporter, Josh Lewenberg.

This is one of the highest praises Joel Embiid could receive from an opponent right before their match-up in the first round of the playoffs. Embiid’s Philadelphia 76ers will face off against Fred’s Toronto Raptors on April 16th for the first game of their 7 game series.
