In the MVP race, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant are among the two most dominant names. They have a lot of respect for each other regarding their performance and game. During “The ETCs with Kevin Durant“, the Nets superstar talked about Stephen’s performance in terms of his three-pointer record and the appreciation he got on the Barclays Center stage.

While Durant was on the court playing against the Warriors, Brooklyn Nets fans were cheering Curry for the MVP title during the game at Barclays Center. During the podcast, he mentioned this incident and praised Curry for attracting so many fans.

Nets fans chanted “MVP!” as Stephen Curry left the arena

Durant has previously shared the court with the Golden State Warriors guard, and he knows what the crowd reaction will be because he is a fan favorite, wherever he plays. On November 16, these two fantastic teams met and during that match, Curry showed excellent performance, reaching a score of 37 points and hitting nine 3-pointers, leading to the Warriors victory.

“It’s ridiculous… They were clowning us in a Barclays for the amount of Steph Curry fans and I’m like yo do you not see Him in every arena… Like it’s just the Barclays arena where he gets MVP chants and cheers after you hit five threes in a row. It’s just always gonna be like that. That’s who he is. That’s what he attracts. So I can’t imagine how it was being in there. It was it loud out to every time he shot the ball.”
