Porter Jr. attended an off-season training with the four-time NBA champion. The hosts asked him what it was like to play against him on-court after he observes him in training. The Nuggets star’s response was framed very well, which many would find appropriate.
“I would say, like some players you can know every single one of their moves like there’s defensive players who study their guy,” Porter Jr. said. He further added “Like PJ Tucker is one of those guys that studied KD, every move he wanted to make every counter, whatever. The Denver Nuggets star went on to explain that Curry and his moves have been studied by teams. The clips are available to all and still, it is nearly impossible to stop these players from racking up points. Stephen Curry is just one of those players.
The player mentioned how the rivalry between Phoenix Suns and Oklahoma City Thunder led to PJ Tucker studying Kevin Durant. And even though Tucker understood KD’s moves, he was unable to stop him.
