NBA legends Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan do not have the best of relationships currently. Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of the Chicago Bulls legend has been trending alongside Jordan for the past few months. However, it is not Michael Jordan who is being addressed here.

It is Marcus Jordan, the younger son of MJ from his marriage with Juanita Vanoy. Marcus has been rumored to be dating Larsa for quite some time now. Recently, Larsa went on air to talk about their alleged affair.

According to her, they are just friends and she also revealed the two families are not as close as people expect. Additionally, she also talked about whether Scottie Pippen is affected in any way by this friendship.

Scottie Pippen and Larsa were one of the most eye-catching couples in the NBA for quite some time. They tied the knot in 1995 and their marriage ended in 2018.

Following their divorce, both Scottie and Larsa have been rumored to be dating some big names from Hollywood and beyond. Recently, Larsa was linked to Marcus Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan.

The two have been spotted together on multiple occasions which gave people the impression that they are dating. However, that is not the case. According to Larsa, they are just friends.

When asked about whether Scottie Pippen is bothered by such rumors, Larsa had an interesting answer. The host asked, “The kids have never said, ‘This is bugging daddy?'” Larsa simply replied, “No”.

Interestingly enough, in the same interview, she confessed to getting acquainted with Marcus’ family just a few years ago. Additionally, she also revealed Pippen and Jordan’s family are not close as they seem to be.

Why did Scottie and Larsa Pippen split?

Scottie Pippen was undoubtedly one of the best players in the league in 1995 when he tied the knot with Larsa Pippen. They had a strained relationship that eventually led to their divorce. Larsa allegedly cheated on Scottie with rapper Future.

In 2016, Scottie filed a divorce from Larsa when cops were called on them for the second consecutive day. After years of legal battles, the divorce was finalized in 2021.
