Ever since the New Space Jam trailer was dropped, it has been the talk of the town. This is a legacy that began with one GOAT of the NBA and is being taken over by the other. Space Jam: New Legacy is a sequel to the 1996 Michael Jordan-starrer namesake. It became one of the most popular live-action and sports animated comedy films, and that’s the expectation we have from LeBron James’ film as well.

In fact, he isn’t the only one part of the film. Some other NBA players also have their cameos in it, including Klay Thompson, who couldn’t be happier to be a part of it.

This new Space Jam is coming out after 25 years after the original film aired. Set to be released in July, its new trailer has given us some sneak peeks into what awaits all of us. Well, it only revealed that Bron isn’t the only NBA superstar we’ll be looking at in the film.

From Bron’s teammates like Kyrie Irving, Dwyane Wade, and Anthony Davis to opponents like Damian Lillard and Klay Thompson, multiple NBA stars have played a part in it. Some WNBA players like Diana Taurasi and Nneka Ogwumike are a part of it too.

So, Bron recently posted a note of thanks to his colleagues for their contribution to the project. He tagged all of them and wrote, “THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for taking time out of your busy schedules, trusting me and playing a huge part of Space Jam: A New Legacy!! Means a lot!.”

Although a little late, Klay Thompson had the most generous response to LBJ’s tweet. He replied, “Truly and honor to be a part of a great legacy !” Well, who wouldn’t be honored to be a part of this franchise?

Can’t wait to see the Lakers star back on the court

While we couldn’t be more excited to catch his new film, fans are still missing LeBron’s presence on the court. The Los Angeles Lakers are on a mission to grab another title this season. However, with LeBron’s absence because of his ankle injury, things haven’t been easy on them.

But the Lakers just had a big win against the Brooklyn Nets. This has given fans hope that they can survive longer without AD and Bron, leading them to victory. While it is good to see the Lakers get back on their feet, Bron’s presence is truly something else, whether on the court or on the screen.
