Chicago Bulls legend Dennis Rodman is known for his ability to play defense and grab rebounds. Continuing his dad’s path, DJ Rodman, the middle child of the 5x NBA champion, has shown his worth in basketball. The young forward, who represents the Washington State Cougars, dapped up with the Warriors star Klay Thompson in a recent game. 

Mother of the 6’6 forward, Michelle Mayor revealed the emotional moment through her Instagram. DJ Rodman might travel through the same path as the Warriors star did during his rookie age.

Thompson, after demolishing the Houston Rockets with 12 three-pointers, took time to visit his college. The shooter got a chance to witness the Washington State Cougars defeat the California Golden Bears. Thompson had one of the most impactful careers in college during his time with WSU. DJ Rodman might continue to have one too, considering his performance.

The 21-year-old is averaging 8.9 points and 5.5 rebounds in his fourth season with the Cougars.

Klay Thompson during his college career averaged 17.9 points and 4.8 rebounds in 98 games along with an efficient shooting percentage of 50.9. Moreover, Thompson was ranked 58th in the RSCI Top 100 list in 2008. The shooting impact of the guard caught the attention of the NBA league. In 2011, Thompson was selected as the 11th pick in the first round by the Golden State Warriors.

The shooting guard put up 32 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists to help the Warriors bag their second consecutive win.
