The Golden State Warriors are one of the best teams in the NBA. Their blend of offense and defense has allowed them to dominate this season so far. However, they are yet to reach their full potential with Klay Thompson eyeing his return. While there is no fixed date, Thompson is ready to go and feels really close.
When he was a part of the Warriors, Klay was one of the best players in the NBA. His shooting duo with Stephen Curry remains legendary. Thompson’s ability to play good defense while also adding the shooting touch made him a dangerous player.

The last time the Warriors had Klay on the court was way back in 2019. He played the NBA finals against the Toronto Raptors. However, the Warriors fell short with both Klay and Kevin Durant picking up major injuries during the series. Luck didn’t favor Thompson much as he picked up an ACL injury in practice.
However, there have been no obstacles this time around. The Warriors are expecting to have the sharpshooter back in January. Klay is clearly eager to play and having his return at home will make it sweeter. Klay has always come up to Warriors’ games and shown his support at all times. Now he is putting in constant work in the lab to make sure he comes back at the earliest.
