Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry have been teammates since 2011. Their on-field chemistry is palpable as both compliment each other to make Golden State a great team. They along with Draymond Green form the big 3 for the Golden State Warriors. The Big 3 has notably three NBA championships.

Klay and Steph are good friends off the field too. This was seen when Klay came on Serge Ibaka’s Youtube show, ‘How Hungry are You?’. On the show, current Milwaukee Bucks player Ibaka challenged Klay to facetime Stephen to test their friendship.

Stephen, of course, couldn’t resist the call from the fellow teammate. After picking up the call, Klay told Curry that there was a lot on the line and that Ibaka was questioning their friendship. Ibaka replied that now he believes in their friendship.

Ayesha Curry, Stephen’s wife, came in between and asked about Ibaka’s hat and jacket. Stephen then asked Ibaka, “What are you cooking?“. Serge replied,” I don’t cook, I design food.” Curry found it hilarious and asked Ibaka what food did he make for Klay. Serge said,”I made fufu for him. More food is coming.”

Curry had to leave the call because his kids were making enough noise for Klay and Ibaka to hear.
Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry: Road to the Finals
Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson are now laser-focused on one thing: to get the NBA title and restore what Golden State lost. In the last three years, they weren’t even close to achieving a Finals spot. Klay’s injury had prevented him from playing for the best part of the three years. Stephen too faced injuries.
