There has been a lot of turnaround at the Los Angeles Lakers. After not making the playoffs, Frank Vogel was fired and Darvin Ham was hired as the new head coach for LeBron James and crew. Several assistant coaches have also left, but they made one controversial player an assistant coach. But according to reports, the former NBA champion will not be joining the Lakers.
Rasheed Wallace had initially agreed to be an assistant coach of the Lakers. Wallace was a four-time all-star and an NBA champion during his 16-year NBA career. He was known for his time with the Detroit Pistons and the Portland Trail Blazers, but he played for 6 different teams.
