Basketball legend Kobe Bryant’s admiration for Taylor Swift is well known. And not just Kobe Bryant, but Swift was also a big fan of the basketball legend. Throughout her career, Swift has always strived to be the best version of herself. Throughout her struggle, she received the support of a friend who stood by her. 

During a 2019 interview on ‘The Jordan Harbinger Show’, Kobe shared his thoughts on Swift’s achievements. “I don’t care if you like her music or you don’t like her music. Look at what she is doing and that is frightening stuff and it’s unbelievable to be able to pull that off over and over and over. You can’t have that level of consistent success and not be a killer, it’s impossible,” said Bryant. 

Their support for one another has been evident in their celebrations of successes and their willingness to be there for one another when they have struggled.

Not only that, but in 2015 we also saw a fan moment when the ‘Black Mamba’ surprised Swift with her own championship banner at Staples Center. With 16 sold-out performances at the Staples Center, Swift set a record at the time.

His appreciation not only extended to the music she made, but also to the effort she put into the success she currently enjoys. Swift has never hesitated from her side to make efforts to help Kobe Bryant and his family.  

She gave Bryant’s oldest daughter, Natalia, a beautiful gift back in 2020. She gave her a replica of the cardigan she wore in the video for ‘Folklore’. Recently, fans saw a heart-warming gesture from Swift once again. In response to the release of her new album, Swift sent a special ‘Midnights’ gift to Vanessa Bryant. On her Instagram story, Vanessa thanked her for the gift.
