When Kobe passed away, sports fans across the world were shocked. A lot of people did not believe it at first as rumors of celebrities passing away are common. But this time, it was real and not fake news. Many wondered what Bryant’s last message or words were. But according to a YouTuber, we might know what he ate before his demise.

Kobe Bryant had a shake before his unexpected demise
According to Youtuber, Simplistic, Kobe had a protein shake hours before he passed away. After his retirement, Bryant did continue to work out, but not as much as he would normally. Though for recovery and part of one’s diet, a protein shake is preferred after workouts.

This shake was made of peanut butter, banana, almond milk, and vanilla protein powder. This shows Bryant’s healthy diet routine. A lot of players let go of their physique after their retirement, but Kobe was not one of them. His workout load during his career and his prime days were intense. In order to win 7 rings, he worked insanely hard.

Kobe’s work ethic was largely respected by athletes. One of his stories that surprised many was when he woke up early and continued to practice for about 10 hours. This just shows how dedicated he was to winning and being the best player he could be.
