The trademark filings by the company hint at the introduction of the MAMBA VINO-branded wine in stores soon. Kobe had once revealed his passions for “the relationship between basketball, watchmaking, and wine.” The trademark names contain another one of Kobe’s nicknames, ‘Vino’.

Kobe used the ‘Vino’ nickname to refer to his game, which was aging like fine wine. Two of the other trademark names also include two of his legendary jersey numbers – 8 and 24 – which were retired by the Lakers post-Kobe’s retirement.
