Kyrie Irving has fanned the flames of a potential trade to the Lakers by dropping two massive hints. Irving has uploaded a number of pictures on his Instagram of his visit to LA, which has once again kickstarted discussions of his rumored trade to the Lakers.

As a matter of fact, Kyrie Irving has a player option of 36.5 million for the 2022-23 season with the Brooklyn Nets. He has till June 29 to decide whether to sign it or opt-out of it. If he decides to opt-out, he will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Kyrie Irving has dropped two massive hints on his Instagram about a potential trade to the Lakers. The 30-year-old point guard has posted pictures of him in LA with the caption, “We building our tribe. A11Even. It?s all breaking generational curses vibes over here“.

Meanwhile, he has also posted a picture of himself wearing a Melo t-shirt in the gym. Moreover, he also posed beside a LeBron James graffiti. The James’ graffiti had a crown on the head signifying the King James nickname.

The Lakers have had a disappointing season this year. With five potential Hall-of-Famers and two former MVPs on the roster, they failed to qualify even for the play-in tournament. Injuries played a major part in the Lakers’ disastrous season.
