The reigning champions did not get past the first round of the playoffs and left everyone in shock. The Lakers started off this season poised to clinch the top seed in the Western Conference. But with LeBron James and Anthony Davis missing games, their role players were stranded. Nobody was able to step up and before they knew it, they were out of the playoffs run, courtesy to the Phoenix Suns.

This is an organization that wins championships and they need a supporting cast that can make that happen. So if they don’t pull up their game and make timely improvements, they will be doomed.
