Magic Johnson once talked about what inspiring people means

Magic Johnson, a five-time NBA champion and a successful businessman, is an inspiration to millions. Not only through his actions on the court, but he inspires people through his philosophy and parenting as well.

Former NBA champion, Dwyane Wade is also a fan of Magic in that respect. His daughter, Zaya, has recently come out with her true identity and DWade has been quite supportive of his daughter’s decision.

Interestingly enough, Magic Johnson’s parenting of his son served as an inspiration to Wade and his Hollywood actress wife, Gabrielle Union. Talking about reaching out to people through his actions, the Los Angeles Lakers legend once revealed what it meant to him.

He said, “So, thank God we have influenced people, whether it’s on the court, off the court and just in our everyday walking life. If we’ve done that, then we have been a blessing.”
