Former NBA All-star Shaquille O’Neal has shocked fans on Thursday, by sporting a new and absurd haircut. When we talk about centers in the league, O’Neal continues to be the benchmark. Remembered primarily for his iconic stint with the Lakers, Shaq was a certified all-rounder. On the court, he was an absolute beast. In defense as well as attack, opponents would dread the idea of coming up against the now 49-year-old. But after retirement, the superstar has been a totally different personality altogether.

In his latest Instagram post, 15-time All-star has shared a picture of him with a new haircut. He is close to being bald, but sports a hilarious hairline. The lesser known fact is that Thursday also happens to be the birthday of ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith. As a celebration, Shaq has cut his hair, and captioned the post, “Happy birthday to my good friend Stephen A. Smith. I’m rocking my hairline like this all season. All because you are my favorite guy. Love you young man I mean old man.”

League buffs couldn’t hold back at the rib-tickling image. While one fan commented, “LeBron Jahames”, another fan remarked “I’ll never 4get [forget] this lol.” Meanwhile, thousands of fans around the world went on to laugh at the picture, and hilariously trolled the former NBA champion.
