The Los Angeles Lakers have had a turbulent season so far. Along with injuries, there have been several reports of discontent within the team and rumors that they wanted to trade Russell Westbrook before the trade deadline. But the agent of LeBron James and co-founder of Klutch Sports, Rich Paul, had something else to say about that.

There was a lot of noise at the trade deadline that Westbrook was gonna be traded. Reports suggest that the Lakers were in contact with the Houston Rockets to acquire John Wall in exchange for Russell Westbrook. The report also suggested that the Lakers turned down the offer, as the Rockets were demanding that they include the draft pick. The Lakers do not have that many assets, so they were reluctant to include the draft pick. But Rich Paul says this is far from the truth.
