As per most recent stats, James is now the oldest in the NBA to average 30 points per game at 37 years of age. Interestingly, James was also the youngest to average 30 points when he was 21. James has been in the NBA for nearly two decades and clearly has no plans of slowing down yet.

How much did Jordan score with the Wizards?

Jordan, on his end, ruled the NBA till he was with the Chicago Bulls. The last few years of his career were spent with the Washington Wizards, where Jordan averaged around 20 points per game. Though it was an impressive score for someone his age, it is not as high as James’ average with the Lakers.

Of course, one does not know if James will retire with the Lakers only. Though one can say he is loyal to LA, there can be a team change towards the end, especially if James wants to play with his son, Bronny. Additionally, James will also be playing in the league longer than Jordan did. That is if one excludes the latter’s two temporary retirements.
