LeBron James has been one of the fittest athletes in the game. It is a testament to his longevity in the league over the years. Now entering his 19th season, the Lakers star continues to maintain immense levels of fitness. He is already gearing up for the new campaign, and is all set physically to take on the opposition.

James has always emphasized on the physical aspect of things. He understands more than anyone else what the sport demands of the players.
