The NBA playoffs have been giving the fans a treat. With classics one after another, all the teams are battling it out. However, in the middle of all this, LeBron James seems to be nagging fans in the wrong way. They are blaming him for an attempt to hog the attention amidst the ongoing NBA playoffs.

The Los Angeles Lakers had a season of doom this time around. Despite quality talent, they were unable to figure things out. They fell all the way to the 11th seed and couldn’t even qualify for the play-in. LeBron wasn’t much to blame and King brought out his best this season. But he may be missing the playoffs a little too much.

LeBron James rubbing fans in the wrong way

LeBron had one of his best regular seasons in his 19th year. He has always been a consistent star, but with age coming in, no one expected such longevity. James put up staggering numbers averaging 30.3 points per game to go with 8.2 rebounds and 6.2 assists. However, his efforts were in vain. The King failed to make the postseason for the second time in his tenure with the Lakers. And it seems it is the last time he sees it happening.

He sent out multiple tweets about the actions going on in the playoffs. In addition, he also said that he will never miss another playoff for the remainder of his career. But for fans, this was only a move of attention.

Being one of the most consistent players in NBA history, James is an icon of the playoffs. While he may have gone overboard with his tweets, fans can expect the same James next season. But this time with an even stronger resolve.
