And he is an entrepreneur as well, which means he invested his earnings and they have increased his wealth multiple times. He is also a well-known philanthropist, and he has donated to several causes over the years.

He has also donated to a museum of one of his inspirations. Muhammad Ali is considered to be the greatest boxer of all time and he is an idol of all athletes. He stood for racial injustice, used his platform to educate people, and contributed to the African-American community in numerous ways. Former and current athletes came together to honor the great man.

LeBron James, Michael Jordan, and Magic Johnson donated $8.5 Million for a museum for Muhammad Ali

James donated $2.5 million to support an exhibit honoring Muhammad Ali exhibit at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington. Along with him, NBA Legends Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson also donated $5 Million and $1 Million, respectively. This money was used to keep Ali’s legacy alive.

LeBron has also previously raved about Ali. He talked about him when Ali passed away in 2017. He said, “As I got older and started to read about him and watch things about him, I started to realize what he did in the ring was secondary to what he meant outside of the ring—just his influence, what he stood for.”

“The reason why he’s the GOAT is not because of what he did in the ring, which was unbelievable. It’s what he did outside of the ring, what he believed in, what he stood for.”

Ali, along with several other stars, was an integral part of African American movement back in the day. And it is very nice to see that he is still being recognized to this day through the superstars of this and the past generation. LeBron James has also said that he views Muhammad Ali as the true GOAT.
