Recently, there has been a lot of noise around LeBron James’ son, Bronny James. Die-hard fans of the Los Angeles Lakers superstar are counting days before Jr. King finds his way into the league and plays with or against his father. It will be a first in the history of the NBA. But until then, they have to fulfill their needs by looking at Bronny wreak havoc as a player for the Sierra Canyon High School in Los Angeles.

In fact, it only hypes everyone more when Bronny pulls off stellar performances. What’s even more heartwarming is the love and support that he gets from his father, physically, mentally, and even virtually.

LeBron James shows his support for Bronny James

Sierra Canyon Trailblazers, the team that Bronny James plays for, is constantly taking part in different tournaments. As of now, they are participating in the Iolani Classic in Honolulu, Hawaii. And having won their first game already, the Blazers were ecstatic.

Although their matchup wasn’t a high-scoring affair like the others, it is Bronny who deserves credit for their 69-39 victory against Punahou. Out of his 14 points, 12 of them came from the three-point line as he hit 4 threes. Along with that, he had 7 assists, 5 rebounds, 4 steals, and one block. So now, his team has secured a place in the quarter-finals, where they will lock horns with Iolani.

LeBron James has always been the guiding light for his son. Practicing with him and appearing for his games, he has done it all. And he left no stone unturned in showing how proud he is of Bronny as he posted videos of his stellar night in Hawaii on his Instagram story.

Is Bronny going to follow in his father’s footsteps?

Bronny has continued to impress everyone through his performance in these tournaments. However, the decision on where to go to college, or in fact, to go at all, is still up in the air.

Like his father, he might not be going to college at all. But as per the rules of the league, he might have to play overseas by entering the G-league and play for a year or two, before he can be eligible to enter the NBA. How wild would it be to see King James and Young James on the same court?
