LeBron James has achieved another wondrous feat in his career. He is now the player with 2nd most career points. He surpassed Karl Malone in the list of most points in a regular season. LeBron is now only behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
The Lakers visited the Washington Wizards in search of a desperate win, but they could not manage it. Being ahead by 10 at the end of the first quarter did not result in the victory. They lost 127-119 after being swept away in the last quarter. LeBron scored 38 points and completed the record he was after but in vain.
