LeBron James’ “Story Book Ending” Leaves Fans Unimpressed as Son Bronny Follows His Father and Michael Jordan’s Path

Following in the footsteps of his dad LeBron James, Bronny James has put on impressive displays in several tournaments for his high school Sierra Canyon. After the huge achievement of making it to the McDonald’s All-American game, Bronny’s decision to honor his dad does not seem to have gone down too well with the fans.

Ever since the big reveal of his selection for the high school All-Star game, Bronny continues to stay under the spotlight. LeBron James’ performance in the All-American game twenty years ago was one for the ages and fans can’t help but already draw comparisons with his son as Bronny gets set to represent Team West on March 28.

Ever since Bronny joined Sierra Canyon, numerous highlights showing the young star’s two-way ability have gone viral. One of the best defenders of his class, Bronny is a four-star recruit. Along with the above advantages, a McDonald’s All-American badge to his name has added more worth to his name.

The 18-year-old had taken to his Instagram to share the news with a poster of Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Jayson Tatum, and his dad behind him in their All-American jerseys. The All-Star game involving top high school players has a history of great NBA players participating in it. Since the start of the All-American game in 1977, it has managed to showcase high-school talents from around the country.

The Los Angeles Lakers star was also a part of the All-American game back in 2003 in Ohio. Dropping 27 points to lead his team to a 122-107 victory, LeBron James was named the MVP of the 2003 All-American game. It’s no doubt the NBA legend has lived up to his hype. Following his dad’s path, Bronny revealed his gears for the All-Star game where he will be sporting his dad’s number, which has left fans unimpressed.

The young star revealed he will be wearing the number 23 for the All-Star game that will take place in Houston, Texas. Pictures of Bronny along with his family, showing off his jersey, continue to go viral. However, fans do not seem to be impressed with the jersey reveal.
