The Lakers season continues to get worse with every game. Yet another splendid effort by LeBron James went in vain as the Raptors beat the Lake show. The offense felt apart and their defensive problems seem to have no end. However, during the game, the King lost his cool on young blood. Despite having a good game, Talen Horton-Tucker had to face the heat.

James has been left alone for the most part of the season. Despite being one of the leading scorers of the league, his contributions have no reward. It seems like it takes a 50 point effort from him for the purple and gold to even have a chance. Today was a no different day in the office for the Lakers or the Akron Hammer.

LeBron James has had enough

Taking on the Raptors, the Lakers had yet another opening quarter collapse. Scoring just 12 points in the first quarter. Moreover, the Raptors went on a roll going off for 31 points. With such a deficit, even a comeback effort was not enough to take them home. Over that, LeBron was not happy with THT.

After going for the bucket himself, THT drew a foul. However, LeBron was not happy, as there was a better opportunity to pass the ball out, and he was visibly furious.

It was the same story for the King’s Lakers. LeBron had yet another 30 point performance, scoring 30 points for the night. Horton Tucker showed out as well with 20 points off the bench. However, their mainstream offense of Westbrook and Monk combined for just 22 points. As for the Raptors, they had their scorers step up to the challenge.

Rookie Scottie Barnes couldn’t be more impressive tallying 21 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 blocks. Siakam had a double-double with 27 points and 11 rebounds. In addition, Gary Trent Jr. led the way with 28 points and 5 rebounds. Despite a quiet night for All-Star Fred VanVleet, Toronto saw things through.

With the way this season has gone, do you think LeBron James will return for the Lakers? Let us know in the comments below.
