The Lakers star actually was a football player during his high school days. Moreover, he also represented his high school team in football. When asked about his interest in both sports, LeBron had an interesting answer.

He actually chose football over basketball and also revealed at which age he started playing both sports. LeBron said, “I’ve been playing football since I was nine and basketball. I just started playing sports when I was nine. Nothing like a football as much as a basketball. I just want to keep something off of my high school career and just play to my capability.

As destiny would go, LeBron turned into one of the hottest prospects entering the NBA draft. He was picked #1 overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2003 draft. Moreover, he was drafted right after High School! However, it was quite possible LeBron could’ve chosen a different sport.

He further added, “Yes, Brady is unbelievable. Brady is the greatest quarterback I’ve ever seen but he affects the game one way.

Interestingly enough, Tom Brady gave his thoughts on LeBron’s claims. According to the NFL GOAT, he is fortunate to be where he is and Brady feels other people would be able to achieve what he has if they were fortunate enough.
