LeBron James not only has a successful basketball career, but he also has a successful marriage. Through thick and thin, Savannah James was always there to support him. In the world of basketball, their love story is legendary. They have three children, LeBron “Bronny” James Jr.,16, and another boy, Bryce James,14, as well as a 6-year-old daughter Zhuri James.

In an interview Savannah gave Harper’s Bazaar back in 2010, she talked about how their love story started. She also revealed James always wanted another chance to meet her. On their first date, they talked about going to Outback Steakhouse, where it all began.

LeBron has spoken about the impact his wife has had on his career on and off the court. From high school on, she has always been supportive. Their relationship began when Savannah was sixteen years old.

Their marriage began in 2013 and is still going strong. They have been together for over two decades before their marriage. As time passes, their bond becomes even stronger.  James stated the following about their high school romance: “We have been down since high school,” James told THR during the Harlem Fashion Row gala.

Savannah revealed in the interview that she knew before they started dating that he loved her. According to her, she said: “I knew he loved me when I left my leftovers from dinner in his car.”

“I’d totally forgotten about them, and he brought them to me,” she confessed, “I think he just wanted another excuse to come and see me.”
