The LA Lakers’ hunt for a new head coach continues after they fired Frank Vogel this week. While they are linked with multiple top coaches in the NBA, it doesn’t look like there are any favorites. Recent comments from Doc Rivers about wanting to stay in Philly and not take the Lakers’ head coach role garnered a lot of angry reactions from Lakers fans. Now, it looks like another top coach Brad Stevens would snub the Lakers and the fans are not happy.

One fan replied in utter disbelief, What’s wrong with us? We have the best fanbase and the GOAT. Seems like a perfect job in my eyes”. Another fan believes it was a bad decision to fire Frank Vogel, saying, “Lakers made the wrong choice firing frank Vogel. You see. He led Lakers to championship. They made the wrong choice trading kuzma for a Brick and Lonzo, Ingram for the guy that injured a lot. all the young players they traded away became fans favorite”.

Brad Stevens in Boston

Brad Stevens was one of the top coaches in the NBA. He coached the Boston Celtics from 2013 to 2021 and has a record of 354 wins and 282 losses. But he wasn’t able to help the Celtics win a championship during his coaching tenure. Then in 2021, Brad Stevens joined the Celtics’ front office as the president of basketball operations.
