Former NBA star Tristan Thompson is best remembered for his NBA title with Cleveland Cavaliers where he played alongside LeBron James. Moreover, Thompson has also had numerous high-profile relationships which made him popular in the entertainment world. He once dated Khloe Kardashian and their messy relationship ended after multiple cheating scandals. Thompson recently lost his mother and despite all their differences, Khloe was beside him.

Weeks after laying his mother to rest, Thompson paid tribute to her by writing an emotional paragraph and posting it on his social media handles. Numerous celebrities like LeBron, Kim Kardashian, and more showered love and support for Thompson under the post.

LeBron James joins numerous other celebrities to support Tristan Thompson

After a month without his mother, Tristan Thompson poured out his feelings for her on an Instagram post. The former NBA champion wrote a long message as a tribute to his mother and her life.

Thompson wrote, “Dearest mommy in heaven, It has been one month since you’ve been gone. I’m in disbelief. Im in the deepest part of sorrow & grief. My soul is empty as I come to terms that my biggest supporter/superhero is gone. I cannot thank you enough for always being a woman of faith, being one of Gods warriors, fighting back with whatever the world threw our way.” 

Numerous big names from the sports and entertainment industry showed their solidarity with Thompson. LeBron James commented two hearts under the post with Kim Kardashian also commenting something similar. NBA stars Jordan Clarkson, Tyrese Haliburton, and Buddy Hield also left a few heart emojis under Thompson’s emotional post.

Khloe Kardashian was a huge source of support for Tristan Thompson when he lost his mother, Andrea. Bad relationship or not, Andrea was the grandmother of Khloe’s daughter and they seemingly had a good relationship.

After Andrea Thompson’s tragic passing away, Kardashian took to Instagram and penned down a heartfelt note for her. She shared some wholesome pictures along with a huge caption on Instagram where she has 293 million followers.
