Kanye West recently returned to Twitter and has since showered Kyrie Irving with his support. The Brooklyn Nets star has faced an avalanche of condemnation over his alleged antisemitism. On Twitter and Instagram, the star guard shared a link to a film titled ‘Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America,’ which contains antisemitic tropes. In fact, he was recently suspended by the Nets for “no less than five games”.

Irving’s actions also sparked heavy criticism from NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. He discussed how it saddens him to talk about things that divide the game, while also labeling Irving an “idiot” in the process. Kanye West has been enjoying his return to Twitter and has continued to react to the entire situation. In fact, he made sure to drag Shaq into the dialogue as well.

Ye first reacted to the headline where the Big Diesel called Irving an “idiot”. “They make us bully ourselves because of our business alignments”, the controversial rapper wrote.

Following that, he went on to expose Shaq’s business partnership with the billionaire Jamie Salter. He wrote that Salter told him that he had a 50/50 business partnership with both Shaq and soccer legend, David Beckham. Ye then stated that he questioned the billionaire about who has the extra one percent for control and voting rights. He argued that there is no such thing as a 50/50 split in business.

The rapper then wrote that this is when Salter said he has 51 percent on both deals.

Following this, he wrote, “We as the creators and talent get so caught up in our vanity that we don’t read or understand the fine print. Like Dave Chapelle said, we need to stop giving up control over our own names and our likeness.”

Kanye West has continued to show his support for Kyrie Irving in the midst of the chaos

Following Kanye West’s attack directed towards Shaquille O’Neal, the Big Aristotle came back with a strong response. He advised the rapper to take care of his own business and family matters first.
