Kyrie Irving, who debuted for the Dallas Mavericks today, shook the league a few days back by leaving the Brooklyn Nets. Irving left many fans surprised, as he chose to leave the Brooklyn-side even though he was having a great season with them. Irving was sent to the Mavs for Spencer Dinwiddie and Dorian Finney-Smith. The drama continues after a recent interview from the former Nets forward, which has caught the attention of fans.
From a recent tweet by Mavs reporter Callie Caplan, the 6’9 forward revealed his disinterest in playing with the Nets. The interview is going viral as he continues to face a lot of criticism from fans on Twitter.

Markieff Morris and Irving were traded to the Mavericks two days back. In his interview with the Mavs reporter today, Morris shared his view on the blockbuster trade. Morris mentioned, “You want my honest? Well I was just hoping I was getting traded with him”.

The drama around the Brooklyn Nets seemingly continues, which seems to disappoint the fans. With KD’s probable move and Irving leaving the team, the Nets fans are having a tough time. Anyhow, rookie Cam Thomas seems to have taken things into his hand. The young shooting guard has scored 134 points in his last three games, helping the team win two of their last three games.
The Nets are happy to have Spencer Dinwiddie back
Irving leaving the team was a huge loss for the Nets. Although fans seem to be enlightened to have Dinwiddie back in the team. The guard had a great run with the Nets from 2016-20, before his trade to the Washington Wizards in 2021. Dinwiddie has completed a full circle by joining the Nets again for the second half of this season.
