The 3-time All-Star has been reportedly dating the popular television host for months now. Recently, the 27-year-old took to Instagram to post an adorable image of the pair. She is seen clicking a photo, while Simmons embraces her from behind. Additionally, the young starlet has wasted no time in celebrating his big swap, posing with a Brooklyn Nets t-shirt.
