With the Nets having retired Ben’s favored #25, he is likely to don the #10 soon. After completing the trade, Simmons has now been seen spending some time with his girlfriend Maya Jama.

The 3-time All-Star has been reportedly dating the popular television host for months now. Recently, the 27-year-old took to Instagram to post an adorable image of the pair. She is seen clicking a photo, while Simmons embraces her from behind. Additionally, the young starlet has wasted no time in celebrating his big swap, posing with a Brooklyn Nets t-shirt.

Before his big debut for the Nets, Ben Simmons is enjoying some time on the personal front. Can this be the perfect fresh start that he desired? We can only hope so.
