LeBron James and Steph Curry share one of the most iconic rivalries in the modern era. Prior to LBJ coming to the Western Conference, the two athletes met each other for four consecutive years in the NBA Finals.

Curry undeniably had the upper hand on James during their previous meetings. He and the Warriors won three NBA rings against the LeBron James-led Cavaliers. More importantly, the two teams produced arguably the best NBA Finals series of all-time in 2016.

Due to their constant rivalry in the Finals, fans have always wondered if there is any bad blood between the two. After all, Curry and the Dubs are responsible for half of LeBron’s final losses.

While we have always speculated about the two players disliking each other, ‘The Ringer’s’ Bill Simmons revealed an interesting fact about Curry and James. In a recent episode of his podcast, he was joined by NBA insider Jackie MacMullan who was all praise for Steph Curry during a segment.

Steph [Curry] is the most lovable superstar maybe ever. No one gets mad at Steph, no one dislikes Steph.”

Simmons believes this is true for the majority of the league, but not for LeBron James. Here’s what Simmons replied:

“Well no, there’s one person that dislikes him. LeBron James”

There are still no actual facts about the two superstars disliking each other. But if we are to believe Simmons, then they aren’t on good terms. Whether it’s one-sided or from both sides, I guess we’ll never find out!

Last season the LA Lakers were crowned as champions of the world as LeBron and Anthony Davis led the purple and gold on an incredible run. But some still believe that the Lakers had an easy path to the championship due to the absence of a fully-fit Warriors team.

This year, we might witness a LeBron vs Steph matchup once again but not in the NBA Finals. If the two sides meet, it will be in the Western Conference playoffs. What are your thoughts on Bill Simmons’ comments about LBJ and Steph Curry? Let us know your views in the comments section down below.
