Vanessa Bryant is setting an example for all the people who have endured the losses of their close ones. Her actions reflect how best to cope up and move on with life while still celebrating the immortal relations. Recently, she shared another chapter of her relationship for the fans to cherish and for her to reminisce.

Vanessa and Kobe Bryant married each other on April 18, 2001. To mark the memorable milestone of their 20th anniversary, Vanessa shared the rare picture of the couple kissing each other on their wedding day. She wrote, “Happy anniversary, baby. I love you. 20 years (heart emoji).” 

Just after this, she shared a rare video where the Black Mamba is expressing immense love for his beautiful wife. The NBA legend admits in the video, “We have a good time together. I love her tremendously. We’re best friends, too. It’s a blessing.” 

Looking at the videos, it becomes almost instantly understandable how big a hole Kobe left in the heart of Vanessa after he went away before his time. However, the 38-YO mother is not a weak personality, and her posts speak about her strengths that lie in their daughters.

A former teammate of Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, and his wife, Catherine McDonnell, have always been supportive of the Bryant family. After the sad demise of KB, the two ensured they visited Vanessa for each small celebration.

However, this time, perhaps because of the pandemic, they could not meet Vanessa and instead sent her a massively decorated rose bouquet to mark the day.

On her Insta story, Catherine wrote, “Happy Anniversary to two incredible soulmates + 20 years of true love, we love you, V+KB.”

In these tough times, it is the care and concern from your close ones that matter above any material happiness. But fortunately for Vanessa, the Gasol family will always be there to enjoy the tiny celebrations of life.
