LeBron James is by far one of the best players in the history of the league. The Akron Hammer carried a shoulder full of hopes ever since coming in. One of the most complete players, James, is now all set to become the all-time leader in points. However, his accolades are earned and not chased. The King is hungry for just one goal, winning. And he is willing to do anything to get there. Likewise, Gilbert Arenas thinks the Lakers forward has never got into a season to show off his stats.
LeBron’s list of individual accolades is a complete chapter in itself. Apart from a Defensive Player of The Year, James has won all major awards. The 4-time champion has dominated the NBA for nearly 2 decades. Despite being 37, the King proved his supremacy by almost capturing the scoring title. Putting on nearly 30 points per game is a testament to his insane longevity. However, there was never a time James tried to shine. His every point was a bucket the Lakers needed. His unselfishness and desire to make the right call is what separates LeBron James from the rest.

LeBron James never showed his true powers?
Arenas and James have had a history on the court. A few words from the King sent shock waves through the former Washington Wizards guard. But despite being rivals, Arenas knows the greatness that came with LeBron James. A decorated player in all facets of the game, Agent Zero believes the King never let it all out. While other greats had a breakout season, Arenas believes LeBron never chased personal glory. In addition, he feels no one would be able to stop the Akron Hammer with that resolve.
Agent Zero said: “I said, ‘LeBron is probably the only player, the only superstar that never had that year,’” Arenas explained. “He never had that year where he says, ‘Eh, frick everybody. I’m trying to get my stats.’ Because I said, ‘If he ever did that, who’s stopping him?’ That man would average 40-something.”

A huge debate has hit LeBron when it comes to his clutch gene. Despite being at the pinnacle, analysts doubt his killer mentality. But LeBron views the game unlike no one else. Finding the right man at the right time is his style of play. Taking the challenge of winning rather than being the hero resonates with him. So far in his career, James has surpassed any expectations of him making 8 straight finals at one point in his career. The King’s killer instinct comes out in doing what is right for the team.
However, despite not going all out himself, LeBron’s numbers are phenomenal. Not only is he about to become the most decorated scorer, but James is also one of the best passers in basketball. His IQ surpasses many greats. It’s this phenom talent that made LeBron stand out as a college athlete. And 19 years later, he has made a legacy only a few players can ever come close to.
