Joe Biden’s March Madness brackets
March Madness is off to a flying start already and the fans are all for it. Even though there are some games left in the first round, there are already a few shockers that many did not foresee. President Joe Biden wished every team good luck and presented his brackets via the official Twitter handle. Interestingly, his pick for the men’s title did not even survive the first round despite being a #2 seed. Biden chose Arizona State to win it all this year.
Good luck to every team in this year's NCAA tournament.
I’ve got Arizona in the men’s tournament and Villanova in the women’s – and as you know, in this household, Villanova always wins. pic.twitter.com/iILzABTCuo

Unfortunately, the Sun Devils lost 59-55 to Princeton which was a 15th seed. It was Princeton’s first-ever win in the NCAA tournament since 1998 and it was an all-time upset. Not many saw this coming, including the POTUS.

Biden chose the Kansas Jayhawks as the other finalist in the men’s tournament and they comfortably won their first round. However, there was another upset in the South. The 4th-seeded Virginia Cavaliers lost 67-68 to 13th-seeded Furman Paladins. Very few predicted this as well. As for the women’s tournament, Biden picked Villanova Wildcats to clinch the title.

Barack Obama knew his brackets would be “busted”
Similar to President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama did not anticipate Arizona and Virginia being knocked out in the very first round. However, at least his pick to win the title has survived so far. Obama picked the highly hyped Alabama Crimson Tide to win the men’s tournament. The Crimson Tide won the first round comfortably against the Texas A&M Aggies. However, it will be interesting to see how they perform with the murder controversy surrounding the team.
It’s the best time of year! My #MarchMadness brackets will get busted soon enough, but here are my picks.
