Massive Update on Klay Thompson and James Wiseman That Will Make Stephen Curry Happy

The Golden State Warriors seem to be back at their peak, with Stephen Curry being the driving force. However, they are not even at full potential yet. Guard Klay Thompson and center James Wiseman have been out for the entire season.

A major update has come for the Bay regarding the return of their two stars.

Thompson last played an NBA game back in the 2019 NBA finals. A knee injury followed by an ACL injury kept him out for two whole years. On the other hand, Wiseman went through surgery to repair a right meniscal tear. Their progress was going great as they joined the Warriors’ G league team to practice.

However, it seems they have come up one step further according to the recent update.

Stephen Curry and Warriors, to receive the ultimate good news?

The Warriors have been on point this season. Being one of the best teams in the league, they have achieved any expectations set for them. They also saw one of the greatest moments of the season in their last game with Curry taking the mantle of three-point king. That is only the tip of the iceberg.

According to the recent updates, Klay Thompson and James Wiseman have both been released by the Santa Cruz Warriors. This is a big sign of progress and the two stars eye their return to NBA action. Thompson has been eager to play and even showcased his recovery hitting a game winner while in Santa Cruz. As for Wiseman, the young star is set to prove his doubters wrong as well.

This is huge for the Warriors. They already have an elite shooting team with one of the best defenses at their disposal. Now with Klay and Wiseman entering the picture, they will be a new force. The reunion of the Splash Brothers will only make them a more elite shooting team. Moreover, both Wiseman and Thompson are elite defenders as well.
