Mavericks’ Luka Doncic Was Left Stunned by Real Madrid Legends Karim Benzema and Luka Modric for “Incredible” Feat

NBA superstar Luka Doncic spent six years at the EuroLeague team Real Madrid and he grew a fan of the football club as well. He has been seen supporting Real Madrid in the past and has several photos with famous players. But when Madrid beat Paris Saint Germain in the round of 16 of the UCL, Doncic was left stunned as he was amazed at the performances of Karim Benzema and Luka Modric.
It was the second half of the second leg of the champions league. Madrid needed 3 goals in the second half to get past PSG, who were the favorites to win the league. And they produced one of the most stunning comebacks in UCL history. Benzema scored a hat trick in 17 minutes of play as Madrid knocked out PSG in spectacular fashion. Modric had a huge part to play in this comeback, as he was involved in all the goals. And Doncic was all praises for the Madrid legends.

Luka Doncic sings praises of Karim Benzema and Luka Modric after insane comeback
Luka who is a Madrid fan after playing in the city for six years, was mesmerized. He told reporters, “Yes, I saw the second half, it was incredible.What Benzema has done, three goals in five or six minutes has been incredible. And how Luka Modric has played, it was superclass.”

Madrid is having one hell of a season as they have produced comebacks after comebacks. After beating a PSG team with Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar, they took on Chelsea next. After taking a massive lead in the first leg, they somehow let the lead evaporate and were trailing. Then forced the game to overtime after scoring a goal and then King Karim hit the winner for them.

And if that wasn’t enough, they topped that effort in the semifinals. They were losing to Manchester City with just minutes left in the tie. They now take on Liverpool in the final for a chance to win their 14th UCL title. And Luka will be glued to his supporting his favorite team.
