Following his high-profile fallout with Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, the 7-foot-1 inches tall joined the Miami Heat. Despite all the odds against the Heat and O’Neal, he still managed to win an NBA title with them.

It seems Shaq wants his future to be in the city of Miami. Interestingly, he already has a huge mansion in the state of Florida. A viral reel of a $17.8 million dollar mansion is doing the rounds of Instagram.

When the creator requested to have a tour of the mansion, the caretaker revealed that the property is for sale. Sharing this reel on his Instagram story, Shaq might be hinting at a future investment. Shaq currently moves between the cities of Dallas and Florida and the city of Miami might be his next home.

O’Neal has some future plans for Florida in mind

Shaq Diesel has a massive net worth of $400 million. One of the biggest reasons why he is one of the wealthiest retired athletes is the sheer number of investments under his belt. It seems like Big Shaq is ready to bring in another venture.

During a podcast in October, Shaq revealed that he ‘is interested in a certain team in Florida.’ Interestingly, the 15 times NBA All-Star asserted that it is not Miami. On the other hand, Heat legend Udonis Haslem has aspirations of having a share in the franchise.

This leaves only one logical candidate for Shaq’s next venture. It has to be the Orlando Magic which drafted a young Shaq as the #1 overall pick in 1992.
