Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant were both players who had the mental make-up to win accomplishments in the field of sports. Your skills do matter, but what matters more is the player’s mentality in the NBA. If you don’t have a strong psyche, then succeeding in the league would be near impossible.

Both Jordan and Kobe brought their A-game in almost every match. They inspired their teammates to perform well above their talent too. Without them, those teams probably wouldn’t have won. NFL quarterback Russell Wilson to subscribes to it. The Denver Broncos player has said that videos of Jordan and Bryant have helped him a lot.

The Super Bowl winner said, “I watched the Super Bowl two years ago and I’m sitting there and feeling like I need to be playing this game. I was in bed, 3:30 in the morning. I couldn’t sleep at all for two and a half weeks.

And Ciara is probably pissed off at me because I ain’t getting no sleep,” he added. Consequently, he contacted Tim Grover, Jordan’s trainer, to get the same and play the Super Bowl again.

Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan are inspirations for anyone in sports and beyond. They were determined about what they wanted to achieve and they got it. Jordan won six rings and was a multiple-time MVP due to that mentality. Kobe, too, won five rings because he lead the team from the front. Even during the worst years, he didn’t drop his level and instead went up.

Jordan could have given up after losing so many times in the playoffs to the Boston Celtics and the Detroit Pistons during his younger years, but he didn’t. He wanted to win to prove that he is not a choker to the media and the fans. Kobe won the 2009 and 2010 championships to prove that he can take his team to glory without big man Shaq.
