Michael Jordan is one of the greatest ever to have played the game of basketball. He was the heart and soul of the Chicago Bulls team that won six NBA Championships in the 90s. Michael was an offensive savant who could take over a game whenever he wanted to.

Because of this, he was the most coveted athlete of his generation. But there was one teammate who, on his day, could take away the spotlight even from Michael.

Dennis Rodman was one of the most polarizing athletes of his era. He was a lockdown defender and an all-time rebounder of the ball, but you never knew what his next action would be. Dennis was first the part of the “Bad Boys” Detroit Pistons against whom Jordan initially suffered in his career.

But there was never any bad blood between Jordan and Rodman. Rodman would join the Bulls in 1996, helping them in the second three-peat.

Rodman was just different. He would skip practices to go to Las Vegas or go to WCW. This resurfaced article talks about a more recent Rodman situation. In 2018, Rodman gifted rapper Post Malone a gift card. It was a gift card for the Olive Garden restaurant.

While that may seem like a lame gift for one superstar to give to another, Post Malone has made his love for the restaurant known over the years. So, Rodman gave him something he knew he would enjoy. The gift card was supposedly worth $25.

Jordan enjoyed individual success in the early part of his career with the Bulls, but still lacked team success. But it all changed once the Bulls traded for Scottie Pippen and Phil Jackson became the head coach.
